The Bladder type pulsation damper isolates the medium and pre-charged gas from the airbag. The airbag has high sensitivity and can effectively eliminate pulsation. It can withstand high pressure (the maximum pressure resistance of the airbag pulsation damper produced by our company is 40 MPa).
The features of airbag/Bladder pulsation damper:
During operation, the compressed liquid in the pipeline compresses the airbag, causing the airbag to contract and then expand to compensate for the pressure loss in the pipeline, thus achieving a buffering effect. Compared with the diaphragm type, the airbag pulsation damper has higher sensitivity, better buffering effect, and can be made with a larger volume. However, because the airbag material is generally rubber, its range of use is not as wide as the diaphragm type. The simple selection method is to multiply the volume of each pump stroke by 10 to obtain the minimum volume that can reduce 90% of pulsation.
