Diaphragm type pulse dampers use a flexible diaphragm to separate the fluid from a compressible gas or liquid, while air bag type pulse dampers use a flexible bag or bladder filled with gas or liquid to absorb the pulsations.
One of the main benefits of using Pulsation Dampers is their ability to equalize pressure fluctuations in a fluid system, resulting in low-pulsation metering. This ensures a stable flow of fluid and prevents damage to system components such as pipes, valves, and meters.

Diaphragm pulse damper reduce pressure fluctuations in fluid systems caused by equipment like pumps and compressors, helping to prevent damage to system components and maintain a steady flow of fluid.
Our company produces various types of Pulse Dampers, such as Diaphragm type, Air bag type, and Air pulse type. These dampers are commonly used in industries such as chemical, water treatment, and oil, as well as in laboratory settings. Additionally, our Pulse Dampers are suitable for use with air and various types of corrosive liquids.
Design features of diaphragm type pulse damper
The diaphragm structure separates the medium and compressed gas to ensure long-term stable operation. Only the lower housing and diaphragm come into contact with the medium, and the diaphragm, made of rubber lined PTFE processed by multi-directional rolling, has good corrosion resistance and a long service life.
Our pulsation dampers are available in different versions: diaphragm accumulators, in-line dampers, bladder dampers and accumulators
