Back Pressure Valve

Medium/High Pressure Back Pressure Valve

Medium/High Pressure Back Pressure Valve usually adopts a piston structure (stainless steel diaphragm structure can be used for pressures below 2.5MPA), which can be used in medium and high pressure back pressure applications to regulate the upstream pressure. It is suitable for liquids and gases and  High Pressure Back Pressure Valve is widely used in laboratory, analytical testing instruments, process control, petrochemical industry, and other fields.

Technical Specifications of Medium/High Pressure Back Pressure Valves:

Interface size: 1/8" - 4"

Maximum control pressure: Piston type: 31.5MPA; Diaphragm type: 2.5MPA

Operating temperature: -60°C ~ 300°C (customizable)

Connection type: Inlet and outlet interface connection can be flange, thread, etc.

Optional pressure gauge, internal thread interface

Materials:

Valve body materials available: Stainless steel, Hastelloy alloy, Monel alloy, etc. (customizable upon request)

O-ring seal materials available: PTFE, Fluororubber, Perfluoroether rubber, PEEK, etc.

Gasket materials available: PTFE, Fluororubber, Perfluoroether rubber, PEEK, etc.

Design Features of Medium/High Pressure Back Pressure Valves:

● Piston-type pressure transmission for accurate pressure control and stable system pressure. (Stainless steel diaphragm structure can be used for pressure within 2.5MPA)

● Safety test pressure: 1.5 times the maximum input pressure.

● Can be installed on panels or walls, and optional pressure gauges can be included.

● Pilot-type structure is used for larger diameters.
